Aaron Burks

Project manager/Quality control

Joining JEI in 2006, Aaron plays a vital role in job procedures. His duties include selecting equipment needed to complete each job properly and utilizing techniques that maximize productivity and minimize cost. Overseeing each job from start to finish, he ensures the superiority of materials, labor and quality of all services rendered.

Deewayne Howeth

Commercial Renovations

Dee Wayne joined JEI in 2008 and has over 30 years of commercial construction experience. He oversees project estimating, purchasing of materials and implicating job design.  Being in the commercial industry for over 3 decades, Dee Wayne possesses a vast list of resources and techniques for redesign and renovation.

Rebecca Howeth

Office Manager

Rebecca joined JEI in 2008. Her duties include maintaining records pertaining to inventory, insurances, personnel, orders, supplies, and equipment/vehicle maintenance. Along with maintaining records, she researches and compiles information and prepares reports required by management and government agencies. Rebecca also oversees the finances of the company and correspondence.

Steve Simms

Owner

Steve is responsible for developing the primary goals, policies, and short and long term objectives for JEI. He also oversees all architectural and engineering designs and developments on projects. Steve manages all employee and project productivity, assists in employee and customer relations and reviews results of business operations.

Tony Simms

President

Tony formulates plans and programs to direct the forward growth of JEI. With 26 years of commercial management, he understands the importance of navigating a company to success. Tony implements and facilitates the network and data needed to operate JEI.
